You can delete your TryRikab account and personal information at any time. The fastest way is from within the app itself.
Delete from inside the app
- Open the TryRikab app and sign in with your phone number.
- Go to the "Profile" tab.
- Tap "Delete account" in the Account section.
- Confirm the two-step prompt to finalize.
What happens when you delete
Your identity is anonymized: your personal information (name, phone number, email, address) is permanently erased, and you are signed out of all devices immediately.
What we keep: order records are retained as business and financial records the shop is legally required to keep, but they are no longer linked to your personal information.
Can't access the app?
If you cannot delete your account from within the app, email us and we will process the request for you. Please send it from your own email or include the phone number linked to your account so we can verify and process the request.
Information required: the registered phone number, and the name of the shop you order from (if known).
