Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Rikab platform collects, uses, and protects the data of customers and staff. It applies to all three of our products:

TryRikab — customer app Rikab Tailor — staff app Rikab web management system

Rikab is operated by tailor shops (the operator) to manage measurements, orders, and invoices. By using any of our apps you agree to the practices described below.

Information we collect

TryRikab (customer app):

Name and phone number (your phone is how the shop contacts you).
Email address — required to sign in to the app. You sign in with Google or a one-time code sent to your email. Address is optional.
Body measurements (chest, waist, length, and tailoring details).
Order history and the design details attached to your account.

Rikab Tailor (staff app):

Staff name and email (the account is created by the shop administrator).
Work shift times (clock in / clock out) and production activity on orders.

We do not collect location (GPS) data, and we do not use advertising trackers.

How we use your data

To process tailoring orders and save your measurements for reuse.
To send notifications about your order status.
To let the shop manage its orders, production, and invoices.
To verify ownership of your email address (via Google sign-in or a one-time email code).

Storage and security

Data is stored on the operator's servers and transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Role-based access controls ensure each shop only sees its own data.

Third-party sharing

We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not share your data with third parties for marketing. Data is shared only with the technical service providers required to run the service (such as hosting, email delivery, and Google Sign-In), and only to the minimum extent necessary.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it or where it is necessary to protect our legal rights. If Rikab is ever merged with or acquired by another company, your data would transfer as part of that business and would remain subject to this same policy.

Data retention and account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from inside the TryRikab app (Profile → Delete account) or via our Delete Account page.

On deletion we anonymize your account: your personal information (name, phone, email, address) is erased and your sessions are invalidated immediately. We retain order records as business and financial records the shop is required to keep, but they no longer identify you personally.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. To make a request, email us at the address below.

The Rikab website

Browsing rikab.net does not require an account. We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember the language you chose; there are no advertising or analytics trackers on the site. Our pages may link to external websites whose privacy policies we are not responsible for, so please review them before use.

Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we discover that we hold data belonging to a child under 13, it is deleted immediately.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any change is posted on this page with a new revision date at the top, and your continued use of the service after that constitutes acceptance of the update.
